I'd love to get together in person for a coffee/tea and chat but Zoom meetings are also an option if needed or preferred.
Consultations held during my office hours: Monday-Thursday, 10am-2pm. You can estimate to spend at least 45 minutes discussing your brand story. You will then receive a quote from me within 48 hours and we will take it from there.
What the Journey Will Look Like
1.Schedule Your Consultation
We’ll start with a quick call or meeting to chat about your brand, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of your session. This helps me understand your vision and start shaping a plan that feels authentic to you.
2.Plan &Prepare
After our consultation, I’ll send over your custom quote and build a mood board to guide the creative direction. Together, we’ll go over outfits, locations, props, and all the details so you feel fully prepared and excited for shoot day.
3.Shoot Day
This is where the fun begins! We’ll capture a mix of portraits, lifestyle images, and content tailored to your brand. I’ll guide you through poses and prompts so you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
4.Gallery Delivery
Within a few weeks, you’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery filled with images ready to use across your website, social media, and marketing. These photos will showcase your brand in the best light and give you content you’ll love sharing.

What are the next steps after the consultation?
Session Planning & Final Details:
I'll send you a summary of our discussion, including a creative direction for your session. This will cover location ideas, wardrobe suggestions, and key shot lists to ensure we capture everything we discussed along with final quote for the project.
Scheduling Your Session:
Once you've reviewed the proposal and agree to the terms, we'll confirm the session date, time, location and send over the invoice. If we haven't set this yet, I'll share my availability to finalize the booking.
Pre-Session Preparation:
I'll send you a helpful guide with tips on wardrobe, props, and getting camera-ready so you feel confident and prepared for the shoot.
The Branding Photoshoot:
On the day of the shoot, we’ll have a relaxed, collaborative session that captures authentic and impactful images aligned with your brand. I’ll guide you throughout the session to ensure you look and feel your best.
Gallery Delivery & Image Selection:
Within 2-3 weeks, you'll receive a curated online gallery to review and select your favorite images. I'll provide editing and final enhancements to make sure your photos look polished and professional.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, office space, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Branding sessions typically range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your team or the variety of locations you'd like to include.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
I understand that life happens and plans can change. My goal is to make the rescheduling process as smooth as possible while respecting both your time and mine.
Notice Requirement:
Please provide at least 3 business day's notice if you need to reschedule your session.
Weather Rescheduling:
For outdoor sessions, I monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren't ideal, I will reach out to discuss rescheduling options at no additional cost.
Emergency Rescheduling:
I understand that emergencies happen. If a last-minute issue arises, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a new date.
Rescheduling Fee:
If rescheduling within less than 3 business days without an emergency, your deposit will be non-transferable.
No-Show Policy:
If you don't arrive or communicate within 30 minutes of your scheduled session, the session will be considered a no-show, and a new booking may require an additional fee.
