GOLDEN HOUR!! (the hour after sunrise or before sunset) provides the most beautiful, soft lighting. I recommend booking your session in spring or fall for comfortable weather, but I’m happy to work with your preferred date!

Fall (mid-September through November is the most popular time to book family photos.

Spring time is so beautiful when the world is back in bloom. And while Summer can be pretty warm, it's also a really fun and great time to book photos when there isn't as much on the family calendar.

I recommend coordinating outfits in soft, neutral, or complementary colors. Avoid busy patterns and large logos. I’ll provide wardrobe guidance to help you create a polished, cohesive look.

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

No worries! I’m a mom too, and I understand how kids can be. I create a relaxed environment where we can capture playful and natural moments, even if things get a little wild.

Absolutely! If you're adding just one or two extra family members, that's no problem—just let me know during the planning phase.

For groups larger than that, I recommend booking an Extended Family Session. While the investment is higher, it includes more session time and additional digital images. Many families choose to divide the cost among each household, making it an affordable and worthwhile option for everyone.

I allow client's to reschedule a session once at no additional fee or penalty provided I am given at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients and adjust my schedule.

Weather Rescheduling:

For outdoor sessions, I monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren't ideal, I will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.

Emergency Rescheduling:

I understand that emergencies happen. If a last-minute issue arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and we’ll find a new date.

Rescheduling Fee:

If rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice (excluding emergencies), a new retainer will need to be paid to hold your new date. (Both retainers will be applied to your total.)

No-Show Policy:

If you don't arrive or communicate within 30 minutes of your session time, the session will be considered a no-show, and a new booking may require an additional fee.
